About the Partnership

The Downtown Phoenix Partnership Inc. is a nonprofit organization funded by an assessment on property owners within the 90-square block area of the Downtown Phoenix Business Improvement District. The Partnership provides enhanced services to this core area, including security, marketing, economic development, transportation/parking coordination, streetscape/urban design, maintenance services and public policy facilitation. The Downtown Phoenix Business Improvement District is bounded by Fillmore Street to south of Jackson Street and Seventh Street to Third Avenue; however, there is activity happening all around this principal area. There are also additional properties that receive Partnership services through fee-for-service contracts.
