Vote In The Downtown Banner Design Contest
For the past six weeks the Downtown Phoenix Partnership has been conducting a banner design contest to replace the designs on the short light poles that run throughout Downtown.
We received entries from 31 artists – ranging from an 11-year-old student to professional graphic designers – in mediums ranging from photography to colored pencil.
A panel of experts and Downtowners narrowed the entries down to five artist’s designs.
Now, it’s your turn to vote.
The design that garners the most votes by October 31 will be transformed from a working sketch into a final product and installed Downtown January 2013.
You can vote for your favorite artist’s designs here.
Voting is open until October 31 and the winning design will be announced November 1.
