From the tripling in size of the Phoenix Convention Center to the $900 million mixed-use CityScape, Downtown Phoenix is rapidly changing for the better. Downtown Phoenix Pedestrian Counts
The Downtown Phoenix Partnership tracks pedestrian totals at various intersections throughout Downtown. Counts are done at 30 minute intervals between the times of 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Reported totals are the averages of at least three counts per location. Updated March 2013
