Downtown Phoenix Mardi Gras Parade, Festival & Pub Crawl

The second-annual Downtown Phoenix Mardi Gras Parade, Festival & Mardi Crawl is an invitation to explore Downtown Phoenix's nightlife and celebrate the spirit of Mardi Gras with hundreds of revelers wearing masks and other occasion-appropriate regalia.

Last year, an event that was expected to draw 300 people lured over 2000 attendees into Downtown. And 2012 promises to be even bigger with an expanded day of music and entertainment, a parade, and the return of the popular pub crawl.

Parade:

Participation is free and open to the public.
Groups (floats, dancers, etc) must register. Click here for the form.
Staging will begin at 4 p.m. on Madison.
The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
The route is just under 2 miles long and circles through the core of Downtown Phoenix.

Festival:

The festival will be held at CityScape from 4-10 p.m.
The event is free, but there will be a charge for drinks in the beer garden.
The event will feature multiple bands, including Bad Cactus Marching Band, performing in the Parade and at the Festival.
There will be food vendors, artists, fortune tellers and more at the Festival.

Mardi Crawl:

Mardi Crawl will run from 9 PM-1 AM and will visit Seamus McCaffrey’s, Rose & Crown, Bar Smith, Coach & Willie’s, Ghost Lounge, Tilted Kilt, Copper Blues, and Lucky Strike.
Trolleys will take teams to each bar.
Limited tickets available.
Advance tickets purchased online are $8.
Tickets purchased the day of the event are $10.
