1. The Rose and Crown
   The Rose & Crown is a great little location in Heritage Square that's perfect for a pint of Guiness. And if you sit out on the patio, there's some excellent people-watching to be had courtesy of all the folks who find it necessary to wait in a 3-hour line for average pizza.
2. District American Kitchen and Wine Bar
   Located inside the new Sheraton, the District ups the class quotient with its modern wine bar. And they have mac & cheese, so you really can't go wrong.
3. The Roosevelt
   Mmmmm.... beer. Lots of great selections on tap in this cozy little joint just off of Roosevelt on 3rd street. The chorizo app is killer, too.
4. Seamus McCaffrey's Irish Pub & Restaurant
   What's a liquor list without Seamus McCaffrey's? This is a true Irish pub in every sense. And in the spirit of keeping downtown real, I once had a vagrant swipe half of my Reuben while I dined on the patio. (Seriously.)
5. Bar Smith
   Grab your shiny shirt with the pointy collar and head over to Bar Smith for a mojito (or whatever the yuppies are drinking this week.) Bluetooth earpieces are part of the dress code, so be prepared.
